		<description><![CDATA[President Obama seemed a little flat that night to me.  I wasn&#039;t expecting him to emulate President Clinton or anything like that, but he has had better speeches.

I don&#039;t if this four years of continous back biting of the other party has worn him down but he just didn&#039;t inspire that the same enthusiasi as in the past.]]></description>
