An Alternate View of the Mona Lisa’s Identity

This week, German researchers announced that the identity of the subject of Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa had been determined.

Without further comment, here is the alternative hypothesis:

I do warn you — it does go on, (six minutes or so), but the startling evidence of what happened to M. Lisa after da Vinci comes in the first few seconds.
